If the Customer is not happy, then Call Charlie, Inc. is not happy. We attempt to go the next mile to provide the kind of personal service that you should expect from a SERVICE company. When you "Call Charlie", we want you to tell us your needs, and then if you choose, leave the solution to us. We can provide associates in Consulting, IT, and other avenues needed to do a complete lock and key job.

We do, however, most often encourage our customers to do their own research and marketing, and then we will purchase and install any equipment needed in a joint effort with the customer's own assigned project manager and/or IT people. This allows for additional savings and lets the customer get only the type and amount of equipment wanted.

Whether a "joint effort", or a "lock and key" type job we attempt to provide the same great service, at the best cost, that can be found in this local market.
